Seattle & Vancouver

I had some meetings in Seattle and a show to attend in Vancouver.  Normally that would be great fun, but in January . . . let's just say that these two cities don't exactly have the finest weather that time of year.

The 2 1/2 hour drive from SEA to Vancouver is pretty easy.  Its actually a nice drive, and since I have a Nexus card, I can zoom through the border in no time.

The show went well, and I was able to catch up with some old friends.  I will say that I really enjoy some of the small Asian restaurants in Vancouver.  I enjoyed a great takeout.  That may be one of my favorite things to do after talking all day at a show - get good takeout, and sit in my hotel room watching television, not having to say a word.  After a while, you get tired of the sound of your own voice.  Nice to relax and get off your feet after a long day.
